Hospital has always managed

With reference to Frenchay Hospital taking on A&E from Southmead,in my opinion, this is just a ploy to keep Frenchay open and jobssafe.

Southmead has been an A&E for many years now and managed allright. Now it seems it is being classed as sub-standard.
