InSeptember last year, Jharkhand Chief Minister, Arjun Munda, took L.N.Mittal, Chairman and CEO of the world's biggest steel company, MittalSteel, on a guided aerial tour of the iron ore-rich Chiria mines.Munda was wooing Mittal to set up a steel plant in the state.
